I thought we lived in a democracy?

I am irate at the fact that my floor did not recieve enough votes to get 24 hour visitation. The system is flawed though. In order for it to be passed 85 percent of the floor has to vote yes for it to be passed. Just imagine if that was how we elected our president? We would never be able to get 85 percent of Americans to vote let alone vote for the same person. I personally voted so I feel robbed that we did not recieve it. Oh well, thats life.

Being Sick

Being sick is even worse now that I am in college. It makes it so much harder to decide to go to the everyday things lke go to class or get up and eat. Most of this past week I have been sleeping in my free time to fight off this cold. Its not my favorite thing in the world.

I hope I'm not the only one who gets confused with all of these websites that you have to sign in. I have too many passwords to keep track of! I forgot my last blogs password so I am creating a new one. I feel like a dummy..... I figured it out!

School so far

I have been living here at Ball State for roughly two weeks and I can't believe how much I love it. The atmosphere alone is incredible. The people here are incredibly easy to get along with. I don't believe I have met someone I have had a problem with. If the rest of the year continues like this, I will be sure I made the right choice with Ball State.
